We have been in business 1998.  At that time our company did not provide hosting services so we were forced to refer our clients to non affiliated companies.  The level of service that our clients received horrified us.  In 1999 we decided to offer a different approach in web hosting to our clients.  We provide a reliable server, connectivity, and an easy to use user interface.  The customer provides the web designer and content.  This arrangement has proven superior because it allows the business owner to have control over his/her web system and server.  If you need a new web designer, wish to update pages yourself, or administer the business' email system, you can.  You do not have to rely on the person or company hired to design web pages to administer your server; you are in control!   

If it is time to change your web designer, you simply change the password and give it to the new designer.

Our datacenter is staffed 24/7/365. There are multiple fiber rings that provide basic connectivity to eight access carriers.  The datacenter is completely redundant, including a generator.
